Hybrid Organisational Development & Leadership Lead Bendigo, VIC, AU

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to advance leadership capability, workforce engagement and culture across CHRH's five campuses in Victoria, Australia. The role reports to the Director of People & Culture and blends onsite leadership coaching with a versatile hybrid working model to deliver Best Care, every person, every time.

The successful candidate will lead an established OD portfolio, work with Executive leaders, and drive leadership
