Mercure Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Kitchen/Dining a role to help in our restaurant and banquets team. You will wash equipment, maintain cleanliness, and support safe hygiene standards across busy kitchen environments.

Candidates should be flexible across shifts, with a qualified attitude, and able to work both in teams and autonomously. This is a great entry into hospitality with Accor benefits and on-site parking.
