2027 Electrical Apprenticeships at Western Port

Operating since 1979, at Chelgrave Contracting Australia Pty Ltd, we are a dedicated Shutdown and Maintenance Specialists company. Looking ahead, we are now seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our exciting electrical apprenticeship program in 2027. As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll undertake a structured four-year rotation at BlueScope, Western Port, a respected Australian steel manufacturer. You’ll experience a qualified, inclusive workplace with a robust safety culture (in line with the international ResponsibleSteel Standard ). All tools, uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied and you’ll also have access to the following:

- extensive on- and off-the-job training to develop your practical skills and knowledge;
- state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment; and
- an attractive remuneration package.
