The Reject Shop Ltd. is expanding in Australia and is recruiting a store leader to run a busy discount store on the floor. You will manage a team of 10–15 people, handle stock, service and standards, and drive the day-to-day execution with hands-on leadership.

The role offers a defined weekend schedule with no Sunday hours. Eligible candidates have prior retail store management or similar experience, with no specific discount-variation background required.
