UGL is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety on a major renewable energy construction project near Wangaratta, Victoria. This site-based role follows a 10 days on / 4 days off roster with travel within company time, and requires practical safety leadership on site across teams.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive risk management, incident investigations and continuous improvement, while building robust relationships with project leaders, supervisors and contractors to embed safe
