Nature and Scope:
- The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Manager Deerland (Health & Wellness, Nutrition) is responsible to provide financial and business support for the business execution, forecasting and budgeting processes, financial analysis, performance management, and insightful information to the senior management for a global and/or specific region.
- Health & Wellness is a quick-growing division focused on science-based functional ingredients for Humans, PET and animals primarily focused on microbiome modulation. H&W; started in 2017 from a combination of ADM legacy and acquired business in different parts of the globe. H&W; products are sold as single ingredients and finished formats as part of customer’s solution to direct to consumer (B2C).
