Hyatt Brisbane is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead Lennon’s Restaurant & Bar and related F&B; outlets. You will supervise daily operations, guide the team to deliver Hyatt-standard service, and manage costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in a similar position, RSA certification, and flexibility to work across dinner shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Infrasys experience is highly regarded, with complimentary accommodation perks for Hyatt
