Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate emotional and spiritual support across our aged care communities, including memorials and visits from community groups. You will work alongside residents, families and volunteers, lead care planning and reflections, and mentor volunteers to enhance wellbeing and connection.

This adaptable role can be part-time or full-time, offering meaningful work, supportive leadership, and not-for-profit salary
