HBH Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager for Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Brisbane. You will oversee end-to-end venue operations, lead a large front-of-house and back-of-house team, and ensure a premium guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Demonstrated success in managing 40+ staff, controlling budgets, and upholding safety standards is essential. RSA & RMLV certifications are required and a strong customer-focused leadership style is preferred.
