Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatics Operations Manager at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre in Victoria. You will lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, support the Centre Manager, and ensure safe, smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

We value safety, solid communication, and a proactive approach to risk management and customer service, with opportunities to develop a high-performing operations team and build stakeholder relationships.
