As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and leadership teams to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions across a designated Amotiv business portfolio. From workforce planning and talent development to organisational change and complex employee relations, you’ll be hands-on in shaping how the business grows, evolves and performs.
You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing thoughtful advice, constructive challenge and practical support. With exposure to global teams, enterprise-wide initiatives and a broad range of business priorities, this role offers valuable learning opportunities and the chance to broaden your experience across a complex organisation.
What you’ll be involved in
- Partner with senior leaders to translate key business priorities into meaningful people and organisational outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and become a trusted source of advice and insight.
- Coach leaders and support leadership capability, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
- Facilitate workforce planning, talent, succession and capability initiatives.
- Use workforce data and commercial insight to identify opportunities, risks and practical solutions that help evolve the people proposition
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance and conduct matters.
- Identify and manage people, leadership, capability,
retention and workplace risks.
- Collaborate with the global P&C; team to share ideas, build capability and deliver consistent people solutions.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
About you
You’re an experienced HR or People & Culture qualified who enjoys working closely with the business and making things happen. You’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and you understand how to connect people priorities to commercial outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams.
- Exposure to organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession, change and employee relations.
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to coach, influence and challenge constructively.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a changing environment.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
