Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 in Chronic Care for Community Health at Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
The role delivers advanced nursing care, leads practice, mentors staff and supports service improvement initiatives across the community.
You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, engage stakeholders, and use technology to ensure person-centred care.
This is a part time position based in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
