You will oversee day-to-day management, asset performance, stakeholder engagement, and provide strategic property advice.You will coordinate lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and tenant negotiations, while preparing management reports, budgets and financial analysis.
Robust communication, organisation and negotiation skills are essential.
