NSW Health's Grafton Base Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support the Discharge Lounge, coordinating with Nursing Unit Managers, nursing staff and medical teams to move patients to discharge as early as possible.
This permanent part time role involves delivering nursing care in a safe, competent manner and contributing to a welcoming, supportive healthcare community.
