Prime Concrete Developments currently seeks a hands-on Team Leader to drive efficiency and quality in concrete sleeper production at our Narangba site in Queensland.
You will lead from the front, oversee a busy production area, and support the Production Manager with day-to-day management and safety compliance.
This role requires forklift competence, production management experience, and a strong focus on quality and safety in a rapid-paced environment.
