Able Community Support Services in Townsville, QLD, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our growing support team in delivering high-quality, person-centred services. This full-time, 12-month contract role requires solid leadership and a deep understanding of the NDIS environment.
You will oversee support workers, ensure compliance and collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
