Personal Care Worker - Hervey Bay / Marybrough

We are looking for dedicated and professional female Personal Care Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional, person-centred support to clients across Hervey Bay / Maryborough and surrounding areas.
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll do so much more than provide practical assistance; you'll be someone our clients can rely on. Every day brings an opportunity to brighten someone's day, support their independence and help them feel protected, valued and empowered in their own home and community.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide personalised care and support based on each client's individual needs, preferences and routines, including:
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, showering, grooming and dressing
Supporting clients with mobility, hygiene and daily living activities
Preparing meals and completing light household duties
Providing transport to appointments, shopping and social outings
Offering genuine companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and supporting clients to achieve their goals
Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
Following established care plans, protocols and safety requirements
Providing care that always protects our clients' comfort, dignity and wellbeing
Availability Monday to Friday is required, ******** hours a week.

Experienced in personal care or community support
Compassionate, reliable and professional
Genuinely passionate about helping others

A confident communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships
Able to work independently while also being a valued team member
Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality care
Female Personal Care Workers are preferred to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in personal care tasks
