The position of Head of Learning Enrichment Years 7 to 12 is a key educational leadership position responsible to lead, develop and manage staff, develop & manage effective pedagogical strategies, implement & manage all aspects of the syllabus in accordance with school & NESA requirements. This role will commence in Term 1, ****.

To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:
Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation
Thorough knowledge of the NESA requirements and NCCD processes
Previous experience in leadership & managing a team of teachers & aides to maximise student outcomes
A high standard of competency and innovation as a classroom teacher
A capacity to cater for different learning needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Efficient administrative skills with flexibility and adaptability
Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team
A commitment to the strategic direction of the School is required
