Position: Legal Expert — Corporate M A Type: Contract Compensation: $120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M A practice area.
Adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics.
Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and source documents.
Conduct data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, and disclosure schedules.
Handle SPA-related tasks with ****** source documents each.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications Must-Have Experience in corporate M A practice.
Strong skills in legal document review and QC processes.
