Barista Responsibilities
Providing amazing customer service
Creating the perfect cup of coffee
Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards
Cleaning and other duties as directed
Supervisor Responsibilities
Providing support and guidance to the team
Maintaining product and service quality
Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
Creating a warm and welcoming workplace for customers
Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Taking "ownership" of the store
Responsible for staff training and development
Exceeding expectations in Customer Service
Ensuring profitability of the business
Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers
Demonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the role
Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time
Managing employee performance
Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders
Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balance
WH&S; and Food Safety Compliance
Product ordering and stock control
