About the role

We are looking for experienced people to help on our Non-Race Day functions in a hospitality service role.

Key responsibilities
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. ingredients or potential food allergies)
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish
Carry 3x plates with main plates
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software




Communicate order details to the food caller
Serve food and drink orders
Provide recommendations on menu items, including drinks, to enhance the guest experience
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

About you
Experienced in hospitality service roles
Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to appropriate areas for cleaning
Able to provide excellent customer service to guests
Follow hygienic standards
Able to work as part of a team and assist fellow colleagues
Upholding a positive attitude
