Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ solid team across service, home, and garden categories. You will drive daily operations, stock control, and customer experience, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager. This role involves weekend rosters and some public holidays.

You’ll manage safety, coaching, and performance while ensuring the Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased and delivered to customers across a high-volume store.
