Key responsibilities

Leading and supporting the Bar team during service
n
Maintaining service standards across the floor, bar, and rooftop
n
Opening and closing the venue
n
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues on the spot
n
Supporting the venue manager with rostering, training, and daily ops
n
Keeping the team energised and the floor running smooth — even on the big nights
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
n
Experience in high turnover cocktail bars. Strong knowledge of beverage operations.
n
Cool under pressure — you've worked a busy service on a Saturday night and loved it.
n
RSA certified. RMLV and Approved Manager License highly regarded.
n
Someone who leads by example, not just by title.
