Job Description

TSA Group Australia is seeking a customer-focused contact centre agent to support Amplifon's hearing healthcare services. You will assist customers, book free hearing tests, and provide product information in a quick-paced workplace.

Roles include a rotating 9:00–21:00 roster with post-7 pm penalty rates. After training, you may work from home four days a week. Comprehensive training and monthly commissions are part of the package.
