RIB Software is seeking a Customer Success Director to join our Brisbane/Sydney team, with Melbourne remote option. In this full time role you will lead presales and customer success initiatives, driving satisfaction and strategic growth for major regional clients.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Construction or Industry experience, 7+ years in software implementation, and 5+ years in team leadership.
