Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Manager at Fawkner Leisure Centre in Melbourne to lead a passionate guest experience team and drive member enrolment sales.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, set targets with the leadership team, and ensure exceptional customer service across in-person and phone interactions. This is a full time, 90% hands-on service role within a growing leisure group.
