Torque & Thermal are a growing Refrigerated Transport Company, located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in servicing and repairing our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, including rigid trucks, trailers, dollies and prime movers.

The role is based in our Archerfield, Queensland depot.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ year's experience as a Heavy Commercial Diesel Mechanic
Must hold relevant Heavy Diesel / Commercial Vehicle trade qualifications
Strong diagnostic and repair skills on heavy vehicles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
Experience with servicing, repairs, and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles

Key Responsibilities:
Steering and Suspension repairs




Electrical faults, diagnosis and repairs
Preventative maintenance and repairs
Scheduled truck & trailer servicing
Minor body repairs
Offsite and breakdown repairs
Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic qualifications or Minimum 4th year apprentice
Previous experience working with refrigerated fleets desirable
