Job Description

7-Eleven Australia is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead a portfolio across Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange and Portland, with up to 15 corporate and franchise stores. You will travel regularly between locations and report to NSW Support Office in Macquarie Park.

You’ll own your territory, coach Store Leaders and Franchisees, drive sales, champion customer experiences, and use data to turn insights into action.
