Job Description

ASC is seeking a Business Design Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Business Design Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes and drive change across ASC.

You will combine hands-on business design with people leadership, shaping how ASC evolves processes, capabilities and ways of working to deliver lasting value in a agile transformation setting.
