Role Description The Social Commerce, Affiliate and Content Manager (12 months Maternity Cover) is a contract position based in office in the Greater Sydney Area with the potential to become part of the tome. This role oversees social commerce channels, affiliate partnerships, and content planning to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for Naked Sundays. Daily responsibilities include managing affiliate networks and influencer partnerships, optimizing product listings and shoppable content across social and e-commerce platforms, and coordinating campaigns with marketing and sales teams.

The role also involves creating and briefing content for social media, email, and website, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on campaign results to inform future strategy. This manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, timely campaign delivery, and a robust connection between social storytelling, community building, and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
Experience in social commerce and affiliate marketing, including managing influencers, partners,



and shoppable content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and key affiliate networks.
Skills in digital and content marketing, Meta ads manager, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and optimizing for engagement, conversion, and brand growth.
Strong content creation and management skills, including copywriting, basic editing, briefing creative assets, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools to interpret data, generate insights, and make evidence-based recommendations for campaign improvements.
Solid organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Background in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is highly beneficial, along with an interest in SPF, skin health, and purpose-driven marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
