Senior ERP Project Manager with Local/Australian Government experience This is a senior client-side role representing the customer’s interests and coordinating the ERP vendor, business stakeholders and specialist teams from mobilisation through go-live and stabilisation.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from the client side.
Manage integrated plan, governance, RAID, dependencies and executive reporting.
Manage ERP vendor performance, contractual deliverables, milestones, acceptance and variations.
Coordinate business-process improvement, change and organisational readiness.
Lead assurance across data migration, reconciliation, testing/UAT and defects.
Lead cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare and transition to BAU.
Protect critical finance, payroll, rates, assets, procurement and reporting operations.
Work directly with senior executives,
business owners and the ERP vendor.
Experience required
Robust client-side ERP Program/Project Management experience.
Local-government or comparable government ERP implementation experience.
ERP exposure across finance, payroll, rates/property, assets and/or procurement.
Solid vendor/contract and commercial management.
Data migration, UAT/testing, cutover and go-live experience.
Solid change, stakeholder and executive-management capability.
Willingness to travel to Jundah at critical project stages.
