We are working with multiple top-tier independent advisory firms that provide strategic advice on M&A;, equity and debt raisings, and broader corporate finance projects to financial sponsors, as well as public and private businesses across sectors including Technology, Healthcare, General Industrials, Digital Infrastructure, Consumer & Retail, etc. Most of them have an international affiliate, allowing them to leverage experience on a global scale and work on cross-border transactions. Due to a continued robust pipeline for 2026 our clients are looking to hire multiple Analysts and Associates to join their Sydney-based teams. You will support their wider teams across due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, data room management, preparation of pitch materials, client interaction, and deal execution.





There is a strong preference for candidates with end-to-end M&A; deal experience and experience working at another investment bank or independent/boutique advisory firm. Some of these firms will also consider candidates from M&A; deal teams, Valuations and Modelling teams, and Transaction Services teams within the Big 4 accounting firms for Analyst positions. You will receive robust support and mentoring from the wider team, including experienced senior leadership at all of these firms.

All candidates must be driven, proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking, committed to a career in banking, and keen to take ownership of their work.
