Your Impact

As our Kitchen Hand, you’ll be the heartbeat of our back-of-house operations. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help keep our kitchen running smoothly during our busiest times. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that thrives in a rapid-paced setting, ensuring every plate that leaves the pass is something we’re proud of.

What You'll Do
Support chefs with food preparation and plating during busy lunch services (Friday to Sunday).
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and stocked – from washing dishes to maintaining workstations.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries promptly and safely.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow, even during peak rushes.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

What You'll Bring




Availability for Friday to Sunday lunch shifts (minimum 15 hours per week).
A prompt, reliable, and can-do attitude – you’re ready to jump in wherever needed.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced chefs.
A friendly, team-focused mindset – you enjoy working with others and keeping
the vibe positive.
