icare is seeking a Risk and Assurance Lead to influence how risk is understood and managed across NSW workers compensation schemes. You will partner with leaders to identify risks, strengthen controls and support better decision-making.

A team-oriented team will rely on you to build risk capability through practical advice and coaching. The role is based in NSW with hybrid work options, including up to 3 days in office and Sydney presence one day per week.
