BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada – Mascot NSW is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support maintenance service requests at Mascot Airport. This full-time, in office role operates within the aviation precinct and reports to the National Operations Centre in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have call centre or operations centre experience, CMMS familiarity, and solid communication skills to maintain transparent, timely updates and keep records accurate.
