Moreton Bay Regional Council is seeking a Legal Counsel – Property to join our in-house team in Strathpine. This role focuses on property, land use and development matters, with responsibilities spanning drafting and negotiating leases, easements and acquisition documents, and guiding council land transactions.

You will work in a team-oriented, high-performance team, providing strategic legal advice and supporting governance, planning, and commercial contracting.
