Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking an Assistant Banquets Manager to lead the Banquets team, delivering flawless luxury events with attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

You will oversee pre-event planning, on-floor service, and post-event wrap, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and accurate billing. A current RSA and luxury-hospitality mindset are essential for success in this role.
