At Opal HealthCare, we are seeking a caring Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Phillip Island Grove Care Community. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with assessments, care planning and medication management, and work closely with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

You will support residents to live with dignity and independence, while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
