Uniting Victoria and Tasmania Morwell seeks a KIS Engagement Officer to coach and develop Additional Assistants, supporting kindergarten teams across Gippsland. You’ll combine in office visits with remote support to grow capability and practice in inclusive early learning settings.

You will build trusted relationships, model high-quality practice and enable colleagues to deliver protected, engaging learning experiences for all children, with hybrid work from Morwell office.
