St Vincent's Health Australia seeks an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Palliative Care unit. The role focuses on clinical leadership, guiding the nursing team, and ensuring evidence-based patient care in line with skilled standards.

Under NUM direction, you will foster a positive culture, mentor staff, and oversee ward operations while supporting change and quality initiatives. Australian ANUM experience preferred; Victorian health service experience advantageous.
