You will drive safety-first practices, coach a high-performing team and partner with the Operations Manager to deliver productive processes and continuous improvement.

You will manage labour planning, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards, while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
