Lifetime Connect is seeking 3 enthusiastic Qualified Support Workers to join our close-knit team. You’ll support aged care and NDIS clients to achieve independence, aging in place and in the community, with a focus on dignity and quality of life.
You’ll work across home and community settings, with regular supervision and a supportive team. Minimum Cert 3 in Aged Care or Individual Supports, full Monday–Friday availability, a valid driver’s license and a willingness to obtain a police clearance.
