Bluebird Early Education Waterford is seeking a passionate Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our warm, supportive team. This permanent part time role focuses on delivering play-based programs aligned with EYLF and NQS, while fostering strong connections with children and families.

You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or be working towards it), maintain blue card, First Aid/CPR, and participate in ongoing development.
