Motion Engineering & Services is seeking a hands-on Workshop Leading Hand in Brisbane to lead a skilled workshop team, coordinate daily activities and ensure safe, effective maintenance of pumps and rotating equipment.

You will supervise planned and reactive work, perform mechanical fitting duties, and support customer-site work as required. A strong focus on safety, planning and teamwork is essential for success.
