We are seeking experienced and patient‑focused Registered Nurses to deliver in‑home infusion support for patients prescribed specialist medications.

This is a adaptable, community‑based opportunity suited to nurses who enjoy autonomy, patient education, and working one‑on‑one in the home environment.

About the Role
/n
In this role, you will support patients and/or their carers through:
/n

In‑home IV infusions , including pre‑ and post‑observations
/n
- /n
Documentation, reporting, and adverse event monitoring in line with program requirements
/n
/n
Visit Expectations
/n
/n
- /n
Patient contact to be made within 48 hours of referral to arrange a mutually convenient visit
/n
- /n
Visit duration: approx. 3.5 hours
/n
- /n
Visits will occur consecutive for 10 days with 14 days off
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Completion of visit documentation and time recording within 24 hours
/n
- /n
Prompt reporting of any adverse events, incidents, or spills in accordance with protocols
/n
/n

Essential Requirements
/n
/n
- /n
Current Registered Nurse registration (AHPRA)
/n
- /n
Current CPR certification
/n
- /n
Demonstrated experience with IV cannulation
/n
- /n
Demonstrated experience administering infusion via Port-a-cath
/n
- /n
High attention to detail and solid clinical documentation skills
/n
- /n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
/n
- /n
High level of computer literacy and confidence using online portals
/n
- /n
Flexible availability (days and times)
/n
- /n
Access to a safe, roadworthy vehicle
/n
- /n
Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
