Randstad HR Partners is recruiting for an HR Advisor in Western Sydney. The role offers a perm opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement (in-office and from home) and sits within a well-established HR team alongside managers.

Key duties include supporting annual salary reviews, performance reviews, HRIS inquiries, onboarding of new staff, drafting letters, and involvement in HR projects. Experience across the full employee life cycle and solid Excel skills are required.
