Valmar Support Services is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Tumut or Canberra. We have two full-time vacancies: one permanent and one fixed-term six-month contract.
You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy development to help us deliver high-quality, person-centred services. The role requires solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act, HR lifecycle processes, and HRIS systems, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
