Aroma Espresso in Sydney is expanding from coffee and pastries to a broader lunch offering. We are seeking an experienced food qualified to launch and run our new lunch menu, with flexibility to adapt menu items, ingredients and staffing.
You will lead the lunch service from about 9am to 2pm, prepare and create items from provided produce, manage menu offerings, support and guide staff, and explore opportunities across other areas of the business with hours Monday to Friday, 6:30am start
