Village Roadshow Theme Parks is seeking a Kitchen Stewarding Captain at Sea World Resort on the Gold Coast. You will lead a stewarding team, oversee cleaning and safety practices, and ensure hygiene standards across a large kitchen operation.

The role requires experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, robust hygiene knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor staff. Weekend shifts apply on a rotating roster with weekday RDOs.
