Seasonal Retail Associate - Myer Sydney/Bondi Junction/Parramatta

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Additionally, expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; however, we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas. Qualifications

- While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- All applicants must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software




- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll help create memorable in‑store experiences for our customers:

- Support Customers – Provide a friendly in‑store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed
- Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders
- Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards
- Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush
